Community Action Agencies are governed by tri-partite boards of directors which include local government leaders, community leaders and low-income representatives. This helps to ensure that the agencies continue to meet their obligation to the communities and the low-income households they serve. CEO’s tri-partite board consists of 21 members, including 7 members in each of the following sectors: public, private and consumer.
