Title: Budget Accountant

Responsibilities: Highly detailed individual who will be responsible to monitor the financial performance of multiple program/agency budgets and conduct ongoing budget projections. Will also monitor compliance with Davis Bacon standards.

Title: Family Development Specialist - Teenage Opportunity Program

Responsibilities: Provide case management services with pregnant, parenting and at risk youth. Establish and maintain a partnership with the eligible population, utilizing a family development approach to help them to identify their own strengths, needs and goals. The Family Development Specialist assures that each customer has full access to the comprehensive array of services and assistance available in the community which the customer needs to maintain and strengthen family life and to attain or retain the capability for maximum self-support and personal independence.
Qualifications: Associates degree in human serivces is required with 2 years experience working with at-risk youth and providing case management services. Bachelor's Degree is preferred with 1 year of experience. Valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle required. Bilingual a plus.
